Managerial Leadership Development remains at the core of our strategic focus. Our leadership development programmes are designed to enhance managerial leadership capacities. The various programme design and evaluation differs from traditional professional development programs in terms of the: learning projects that address agreed-upon agency issues that focus on both managing and leading; and participant-centred learning with individualized coaching.

This programme is designed for junior managers as an entry-level management and leadership intervention. The programme is designed to enable the participant to thoughtfully spearhead their personal leadership goals, and to address the pivotal growth strategies needed for the organization.
WOMEN IN POWER PROGRAMME
WIPP is designed to provide participants the opportunity to enhance their value-based leadership skills through exposing them to new ways of leading and achieving a higher level of professional performance.
HUAWEI CERTIFIED ICT ASSOCIATE (HCIA) CLOUD COMPUTING V5.0 PROGRAMME
Virtualization is an entry-level technology for cloud computing. The aim of visualisation features is to teach and provide a clear understanding of the field of cloud computing.
FIRST LINE MANAGER PROGRAMME
The First Line Manager Programme (FLMP) is designed for junior managers as an entry-level management and leadership intervention.
EMERGING ENTREPRENEURS PROGRAMME
This programme is aimed at individuals who aim to start a small business or have a registered small business and wish to grow the venture.
MIDDLE MANAGERS PROGRAMME
This programme is designed to equip the mid-level manager with skills to lead and manage a unit within the contextual changes brought about by the fourth or fifth industrial revolution (4IR/5IR).
MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
MLDP is tailor-made to produce BMF-type managers who will carry the transformation agenda as top-of-mind in the execution of their duties.
WBS BURSARY OPPORTUNITIES
