BMF PROGRAMMES

DESIGNED TO ENHANCE MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Managerial Leadership Development remains at the core of our strategic focus. Our leadership development programmes are designed to enhance managerial leadership capacities. The various programme design and evaluation differs from traditional professional development programs in terms of the: learning projects that address agreed-upon agency issues that focus on both managing and leading; and participant-centred learning with individualized coaching.

 

CURRENT PROGRAMMES

WBS BURSARY OPPORTUNITIES

We are now accepting applications for grant access to enrol the WBS Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

EMERGING MANAGERS PROGRAMME

This programme is aimed at individuals who plan to grow their careers in management and leadership but lack a formal Grade 12 qualification.

FIRST LINE MANAGER PROGRAMME

The First Line Manager Programme (FLMP) is designed for junior managers as an entry-level management and leadership intervention.

MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

MLDP is tailor-made to produce BMF-type managers who will carry the transformation agenda as top-of-mind in the execution of their duties. This programme further aims to equip candidates with middle management skills.

WOMEN IN POWER PROGRAMME

WIPP is designed to provide participants the opportunity to enhance their value-based leadership skills through exposing them to new ways of leading and achieving a higher level of professional performance.

EMERGING ENTREPRENEURS PROGRAMME

This programme is aimed at individuals who aim to start a small business or have a registered small business and wish to grow the venture.

MIDDLE MANAGERS PROGRAMME

This programme is designed to equip the mid-level manager with skills to lead and manage a unit within the contextual changes brought about by the 4IR/5IR.
