This programme is aimed at individuals you plan to grow their careers in management and leadership, but lack a formal Grade 12 qualification. The programme lays the foundation for management and focuses on building competencies required by junior managers.

The First Line Manager Programme (FLMP) is designed for junior managers as an entry-level management and leadership intervention.

This programme provides individuals with the tools and processes needed to meet their organisation’s leadership challenges.
