Lot Speaks is a BMF book that was put together by the organization to capture some of the thoughts and ideas of the late Lot Ndlovu. Though the book is not a biography, but it begins with a chapter of who Lot Ndlovu was. Some of the chapters include BMF’s submission to the Truth & Reconciliation Commission, The Role and Relevance of the BMF, Black Economic Empowerment, The Black Middle Class, and the Expected Behavior of Black Executives, amongst others. This book is critical for all BMF members to read because it lays the foundation of the crucial issues that black professionals must grapple with today.
