      This panel will share the challenges that women are confronted with in the current BEE model and implementation. It will deliberate on ideas of how policy initiatives can ensure that women are placed at the centre of transformation rather than in the periphery. For instance, is the 40% procurement initiative appropriate and how can it be implemented effectively?
