PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LINKEDIN CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE CAMPAIGN. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CAMPAIGN CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCES OF ALL THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
We are excited that you have chosen to participate in our LinkedIn campaign. Your participation in the campaign is strictly subject to the competition terms. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at any time.
Participant Acceptance and Termination
By participating in the competition, you consent to delivery of all campaign-related notices and information by email to the email address you have registered with and acknowledge that you have the necessary equipment (hardware and software) to receive such emails.
Qualified Entries
Qualified entries must:
(i) be current members to the BMF: for purposes of the competition, “new member” includes either the referred person or company where said new member pays affiliation fee; “new member” does not include either (1) a person or organization who is a current or pending member (2) a person or company who was a member within the 30 days immediately prior to the date a referral email invitation was generated by referral program to that person; (ii) satisfy all application requirements; (iii) apply online by filling out a form through the BMF membership system. Eligible participants are defined as (a) the “current member” and (b) the person who referred the new member.
Eligible participants will be automatically added to the respective prize draw based on the engagements generated. An engagement is classified as a like and/or comment on
By participating in the program, you agree that we shall make the final determination as to whether any referral meets all requirements to be considered a qualified referral. We are not obligated to, and will not release to you the reasons why a particular referral has not been deemed a qualified referral.
SPAMMED EMAILS
The BMF honours requests of members who choose to opt out of receiving our emails. Accordingly, if you designate a referral email address that has previously opted out of receiving our emails, that email address will not be sent an email.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PROGRAM IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Amendments
These Program Terms may be altered, changed, modified or assigned by BMF at any time by providing notice to you. Your participation in the program at any time after our business provides you such notice of changes will constitute your agreement to such changes.
