1. Introduction

By registering for any event organised by the Black Management Forum (BMF), in partnership with any other entities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all attendees registering for the event.

2.1 By submitting your registration, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by BMF and its partners in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2.2 Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the event and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

3. Use of Photographs and Videos

3.1 By attending the event, you agree that BMF and its partners may take photographs and videos during the event.

3.2 You consent to the use of such photographs and videos for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and printed materials.

3.3 If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform the event organisers in writing at [bmfevents@bmfonline.co.za] before the event.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

4.1 BMF reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or schedule at any time.

4.2 In the event of a cancellation, BMF will notify registered attendees as soon as possible and provide information on rescheduled dates or alternative arrangements.

5. Liability

5.1 BMF and its partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

5.2 Attendees participate in the event at their own risk and are expected to carry their own insurance where applicable.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the event.

6.2 BMF reserves the right to remove any attendee who does not comply with this code of conduct.
