The Black Management Forum (BMF) invites transformation practitioners, HR and Employment Equity professionals, business leaders and other stakeholders to the National Transformation Designations Roadshow – Free State

The roadshow introduces the BMF Professional Designations, a structured framework for recognising professional competence, experience and leadership in the transformation field. BMF is recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) as a Professional Body, and the designations provide a pathway for transformation professionals to formalise and strengthen their professional standing.

The session will provide an overview of the three designations:

CTP (SA) – Certified Transformation Practitioner
CTM (SA) – Certified Transformation Manager
CTD (SA) – Certified Transformation Director

Participants will learn about the designation framework, the professional recognition journey, assessment requirements and the role of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Who should attend?

The roadshow is relevant to transformation practitioners and professionals working across HR, Employment Equity, governance, organisational transformation and related areas, as well as business leaders and organisations interested in strengthening transformation capability.
