The Black Management Forum (BMF) invites transformation practitioners, HR and Employment Equity professionals, business leaders and other stakeholders to the National Transformation Designations Roadshow – North West.

The roadshow introduces the BMF Professional Designations, a structured framework for recognising professional competence, experience and leadership in the transformation field. BMF is recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) as a Professional Body, and the designations provide a pathway for transformation professionals to formalise and strengthen their professional standing.

The session will provide an overview of the three designations:

CTP (SA) – Certified Transformation Practitioner
CTM (SA) – Certified Transformation Manager
CTD (SA) – Certified Transformation Director

Participants will learn about the designation framework, the professional recognition journey, assessment requirements and the role of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
